The MetTel Innovation Summit 2019 in Miami has won a “Stevie” for a best practice in Customer Engagement from the American Business Awards.

More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. MetTel's award is recognition of the exceptional emphasis the company places on hands-on customer interaction and service qualities rarely found in the communications industry and highly valued by enterprise clients.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 11. Tickets are now on sale.
